She then moved to South Florida in 1976. Debi's unique blend of country, rock, and jazz made her one of the area's favorite entertainers. In 1978 she won the Mark Allen Critic's Choice Award for "Best Female Vocalist" and in 1985 she won the South Florida Music Award for "Best Rock/Pop/Blues Female Vocalist". Debi has appeared in concert with such diverse artists as Spyro Gyra, Bob James, Leon Russell, Dan Seals, The Dirt Band, Gary Morris, Kris Kristopherson, Restless Heart, Suzi Boggus, Dave Mason, Marshall Tucker Band, Ronnie Milsap, Three Dog Night, The Bama Band, and Mark O'Conner. Delnora is a singer/songwriter based just outside of Nashville, Tennessee. She grew up in Princeton, WV and has been performing her signature blend of roots, country and folk music across the country since she was a teenager, continuing a long and distinguished family tradition in music.
"Music’s in the bloodlines for Delnora Reed; her great-grandfather Henry Reed’s fiddle tunes are a centerpiece of the American Folklife Center at the Library of Congress. Her own efforts, while steeped in old-time country and bluegrass, are considerably more contemporary. Such songs as “Sleepwalking” split the difference between Alison Krauss and Patty Griffin, with hushed sincerity and gutsy delivery." ~ K. Oliver

Delnora was a founding member of Blue Eyed Grass, a critically acclaimed duo. In addition to writing and performing music, she managed the duo, promoted it nationwide, and produced three studio albums. When the duo ended, she turned her attention back to being a solo act. Throughout her career she has written with some of Nashville’s finest songwriters. A few years ago she began working with Reed Nielson (“My Town”, “Little Liza Jane”, and many more). They collaborated on six remarkable songs that formed the backbone of her solo project, “My Song”.

In 2019, Delnora released the single “When You’re Gone” to Inspirational Country Radio was rewarded both with a place on the charts and a nomination for Female Vocalist of the Year at ICMA Awards. With the follow-up release of her single “Battlecry” she, again, hit the charts and is nominated for Female Vocalist of the Year in 2020. Currently, Delnora is working on a new project, “Blank Page”. Five of its songs were co-written with ICMA Songwriter of the Year Corey Lee Barker, and has enlisted the help of Chris Golden, the reigning ICMA Entertainer of the Year, as co-producer.

"There is a hidden gem in Nashville that deserves more recognition than she has ever received by the name of Delnora Reed. She has one of the prettiest voices in Music City and has finally released a new record titled, My Song. Her voice is so pure you can hear the emotions with every word… After reviewing her albums for some time, it has been an honor to see her grow as an artist and with the results of My Song she has finally found her mark." ~ Scott Sexton

Delnora has shared the stage with Craig Morgan, Carl Jackson, Larry Cordle, Jerry Salley, Marty Stuart, Jeff Bates, Eddie Stubbs, The Chuck Wagon Gang, Chris Golden, Joe Allen, Stella Parton, Georgette Jones, Paul Thorn, Carolina Chocolate Drops, Buddy Jewell, Leona Williams, Leonard Ahlstrom, Jason Deere, Jan Howard, Roy Clark, Jr., Jett Williams, Billy Yates, Buck Moore, Gary Duffey, Ed Bruce, Mark Alan Cash, Tommy Barnes, Joey and Rory, Ashley Campbell, The Steep Canyon Rangers, Jessie McReynolds and so many more. She also recorded as a member of the trio The Shotgun Rubies for Grammy Award winner Carl Jackson’s remarkable project, “Orthophonic Joy – The 1927 Bristol Sessions Revisited”, which was released on Sony Records.

Grinder House Productions presents "Ground N The Round" with host Jamie Adamson.  Every month, Jamie will make the expedition up the Plateau and will introduce us to some of the best writers in all of Tennessee. He has shared stages with some and written songs with many. The stories are enthralling, tapestries woven into song. So intimate, it's like being in your own living room.

May's Special Guest includes Ethan Phillips.

Jamie Adamson

Jamie Adamson began playing guitar at the age of 13 and like his Grandfather soon was making music on stage. Jamie began playing a snare and hi hat in church along side Ray Thompson from Mobile Alabama and developed that itch that all musicians get! By the time he turned 19 Jamie was playing locally in Mobile at local clubs like Austin's Country Palace, The Wild Wild West, other venues around the south. It wasn't long Jamie was packing his bags and heading north to Nashville where he spent the next 19 years developing his style, his voice, and his writing skills. Jamie shared a stage with greats like Steve Cropper, Jerry Waddell, Blind Mississippi Morris, Mark Collie, Terry Lee Burns, and Steve Saunders. All these talented individuals shared their love for music with Jamie and helped him build a solid foundation that will carry him through the rest of his career.

Andrea Goodman

Ethan Phillips is an up-and-coming singer/songwriter from Clayton, Georgia. He began playing guitar around the age of thirteen and began writing songs right along the same time. Growing up in the Northeast Georgia Mountains, he was heavily influenced by gospel, bluegrass, and country music. As he got older, writing became more serious. Phillips is known as a “humble giant” who pens lyrics with insight far beyond his years. In 2018, Phillips was a part of the Grand Ole Opry’s WSM Radio Road Show. Also, in January of 2018, he released his debut gospel record entitled, “Saved By Grace.”

Nashville, Tennessee-based powerhouse duo TOWNE consists of longtime singer/songwriter collaborators Steevie Steeves, and Jon Decious. Like Steeves, who cut her teeth singing in Pittsburgh’s riverboat and cover band scene, Decious spent the years prior pursuing a career in songwriting, leaning on his poetically simple, “Kentucky talk”, style of writing to land songs on albums of up-and-coming roots and Americana artists such as; Caitlin Rose, Anderson East, and most recently, Lucette.
Inspired by the likes of everyone from; Gram Parsons & Emmylou Harris, Heart, The Killers, and the perfectly imperfect harmonies of Stevie Nicks and Tom Petty, the two set out as an acoustic duo for years. Eventually, landing slots on The Pilgrimage Festival, Master Musician’s Festival, 30AFest, performing alongside artists such as; Willie Nelson, Travis Meadows, and Eddie Vedder, among others. The pair released two EP’s: 2016’s Games We Play, and 2018’s Audacious.
In late 2018, they caught the eye of Grammy Award Winning producer, Mitch Dane, while playing a show at a bar on a slow Sunday night in Nashville. Long story short: it was meant to be. TOWNE was looking for a producer that could capture their live sound on tape and Mitch was looking for a band with a live sound the he wanted to capture. Soon after, sessions were booked at Mitch’s Nashville studio, Sputnik Sound.
In early 2019, TOWNE’s fans came together, organizing two fundraising concerts to finance the recording of the band’s first full-length album, “In The In Between”. The album released in November 2020.
