By Honey DeSalvo/I.T Guru Published August 09, 2021

Rock The South is currently gearing up for their 2021 return for a memorable weekend of music August 13-14 in Cullman, AL.  Headliners this year include Luke Combs, Miranda Lambert, Nelly, Ashley McBryde, and The Marshall Tucker Band.  Patrons will be able to enjoy an array of musical performers over two days with over twenty-five food and beverage vendors.

Rock The South began in 2012 to help with recovery of a destruction from tornadoes that devastated the North Alabama area.  Originally planned to be a one-time only event, approximately 11,000 people attended in the first year.  This year the crowd is expected to be near 60,000.  The festival has raised more than $639,000 to help the community since its inception with the help of corporate partners and festival goers.

The festival has many brought highly respected country artists over the years to Alabama and has been reigned as the "Biggest Party In The South"   Topping this year's headliners is Luke Combs, has several chart topping songs including Beautiful Crazy, Beer Never Broke My Heart, Does To Me, and Better Together to name a few, Luke came out kicking music out like a kickdrum flinching.  Miranda Lambert, from her 2007 Gunpowder & Lead, to her duet in 2014 Somethin’ Bad, to more recent Bluebird, and her new duet Drunk Miranda Lambert is a show stopper you don’t want to miss.  Also in attendance this year is The Marshall Tucker Band which will replace Lynyrd Skynyrd's time slot before Miranda Lambert due to a last minute health issue preventing the group from performing.

Other artists on this year's lineup include Jordan Davis, Ingrid Andress, Flatland Calvary, Trey Lewis, Drew Parker, Morgan Wade, Alex Hall, Josh Kiser, and more.  Full lineup details and ticket information can be found at https://rockthesouth.com/

One notable upcoming rising star on the lineup is Laine Hardy who was the Season 17 winner of American Idol.   Laine has released multiple songs Memorize You, Hurricane, Ground I Grew Up On, Tiny Town, and In The Bayou and is currently on his fall tour which includes Rock the South.

Dee Jay Silver, who's previously performed at the Rock the South, is one of the most sought after DJ’s of his era having played premiere venues in every major market and also has top songs including Getaway Driver, Safe Zone, and Don’t Get Better Than This.

The Number One Show and Biggest Party In The South comes to Cullman, AL next weekend August 13-14th.  You Don’t Want To Be The One Who Missed Rock The South 2021!
