Kayley (Hill) Bishop returns to Grinder House to enchant us with her lyrics, her melodic lilting voice and soulful heart. Don't miss her!
Hi. I was raised in east Tennessee and my heart beats like it was made to be tethered to a song. I've always been sold out to music, even as young child, knowing somehow that I would always have a home there. I believe my gifts were extended to me by the savior of the world, Jesus Christ, and I do all I can to shape melodies and work rhymes that would be fitting for His kingdom ears. Lately I've been chasing Aretha's vocal prowess and molding it into a sound that could roll with Steve Miller, Dolly Parton, and Bob Seger, if they were to be daring enough to put their musicality in a pot, stir it around, and call it "country music."
New music is coming, and for me, the closest thing to heaven would be to share all of it on stage before you.

About

  • WFMC Jams is an online music discovery service bringing you original music as well as your favorite classics from a variety of local artists in the area. Founded on June 24, 2012 right after the Third Annual Fam Jam music festival in Manchester, TN. The idea came up as a way to continue to give back to the local and regional songwriters and performers in the area year round by promoting their music.
