The Georgia Songbirds features a Top 10 each week plus new songs to try and break into that top 10.  Listen every Friday at 5pm central on WFMC Jams by clicking the Listen Live link at the top of this page.

The Georgia Songbirds Weekly Top 10 Countdown is open to Independent Artists. Each week 14 songs are played and voted on by fan votes. 10 continue on and 4 new songs are introduced. We are played on 3 online radio stations in 54 countries, and I release the countdown as a podcast episode as well and will be on all major streaming platforms. There is also Spotify Playlists that all entrants will be added to when their song is introduced. Plus I make a YouTube video introducing all the artists in the countdown.

Visit https://www.georgiasongbirds.com/ for details on how to cast your vote or submit music for consideration.

"I am originally from The Mississippi Delta where I was raised on Elvis
music and biscuits as big as your fist. After spending 18 of the last
22 years at our sister station KIX96 this 40 year radio journey has
brought me to mornings on Q107.

history, responsibility of radio broadcasters serving the public is
paramount. On behalf of all the Big River Broadcasting stations I would
like to thank you for choosing us as your information and entertainment

About

  • WFMC Jams is an online music discovery service bringing you original music as well as your favorite classics from a variety of local artists in the area. Founded on June 24, 2012 right after the Third Annual Fam Jam music festival in Manchester, TN. The idea came up as a way to continue to give back to the local and regional songwriters and performers in the area year round by promoting their music.
